Terms and Conditions
I release and give up to The Office Beer Bar & Grill, solely and completely any
and all rights, title and interest, express or implies, in photographs or images
of me while at The OFFICE or Jolly Trolley and authorize use, at Your sole discretion
and expense, of such photographs or images in any media in Your advertising, promotion,
merchandizing, or any collateral products and services. I specifically release the
following rights, title and interest. Any and all rights, under any federal or state
constitution, law, statute, rule or regulation or under common law for privacy,
publicity, intellectual property, copyright or appropriation or misappropriation
thereof and waive any and all claims I may have to relief, including – but not limited
to – damages (whether actual, special or exemplary), injunctive or quasi-contractual.
This releases any and all rights, title or interest I have or may have, including
those of which I am not aware and those not mentioned in this Release.
